Hello sir,
One of my friend met with an accident 5 years before and the case is still pending as two person's were died and he was also got injured. Now he is going to get married and want to go abroad for some time for holidays. Shall he renew his passport and if yes what will be the procedure?
Please help

A.He may apply to Court seeking permission for renewal. Then seek permission to leave India for short period.

A.If passport is expired then he will have to get it renew from the passport authority.

A.please take permission in form of order from Hon'ble Court for renewal and travelling of passport!
