transfer of property
My Case is based as per below; X purchased a property comprising land and building from the government through an auction held by later. Many years later A, whose land has been sold to X on account of default of mortgage payment by A claims that the said property had not been mortgaged completely and that only building has been mortgaged.He contends that the sale of land along with the building is wrongful by the government...What is the position of A and X to the said property???? Kindly advise.
