Land Registration dispute. Land Registration dispute.

Hi Sir/Madam.
My father purchased the land in 2004 from his brother through sale deed (sada papers), and in 2005 it was registered to my Mother under R.O. R and she got "Title deed" and "Pattadar passbok" in the same year, from then we only cultivating the land and we are only in the Kabja, in 2017 my mother got New passbook also. but in 2019 my Uncle(my father's brother) asked/ demanded for money and we refused to give him then he went to RDO and appealed by sayig he did not sold the land to anyone. still that appeal is in pending due to cancellation of RDO courts.
Kindly suggest me what we need to do, and their appeal is valid (since it the registration was done 15 years before)or not, will that impact in anyway to our registratiion. what is the maximum time period to go to the court after the land registration.
Now we have .. Old Pattadar Passbook, Tite deed, Amendment copy, New Passbook,
They have Manual Pahani till 2013.

A.Hello,
Since your facts state that the property is properly registered and the necessary documents are completed, the case would not affect your registration. Also, the limitation period for approaching the court is four months from the said day and if any delay is caused you should provide the court with reasonable ground of such delay

A.Hi,
As per your facts it seems that you are in the possession of the land and the documents required and therefore the case by your uncle would not affect your ownership. Also, the limitation period for approaching the court is of four months and if any delay is caused you may tell proper reason to the court
