Is there any rule in a civil suit for eviction under TP act to press for payment of current rent i.e. to file IA petition

A.Dear Sir,
The law of eviction is very clear that suit for eviction can be filed and if the tenant not deposits the arrears of rent then Court won’t allow the tenant to continue to defend himself and court will pronounce a judgment in favour of
Land lord. Hire a high profile senior civil advocate.

Thank you very much sir. The area doesn't come under rent control act. My lawyer says that order for payment of rent will come along with judgement only. Judgement will be pronounced even without trial in RCOP only. But, I believe , as per logic , what you say should be true. I am unable to get knowledgeable lawyer in that area.
