I am working in a software developer company last three years, before joining I were developing software for my self only. Coinsidently company which I have joined, told me develop same software. I have applied new idea and concept to develop company software, as well I applied for my own software . Current situation is that some process flow exist between both company project and mu own project. Only flow of process, while both development code is different. So can I sale my software project also

A.Hello,
Yes you can sell your software project too, but this particularly depends upon your employment contract and its terms.

A.you can sell but company will claim otherwise due to your offer letter.
you have to fight a long battle with company if you are ready.

but there are easy ways to handle things than fighting which cant be disclosed here.
