The company failed to deliver on its promises
3 years ago
I have purchased a 3 year holiday package from a firm. As per the deal, the company promised to book 5 star properties for a duration of 6 days globally every year for the duration of 3 years. The first year, they failed to deliver while second year as well they are not providing the service. The company's website has been removed, people working in the company left, and they are not answering my mails, calls and messages. What should I do? Can I expect some relief from the consumer court here?
