To separate mother from father
My father is retired now he always use to hit my mother, now we can't take it so we want to separate our mother, they are living in my brother's house and my father is not ready to leave the house, he has good pension, his only aim is to make my mother's life hell... Is there any way that we can make him leave this house. We don't want to go to court and fight for years as they both are all ready old, we want our mother to live tension free.
A.Dear Sir,
There is no issue you can take your mother with you and keep her safe in your house. If your father comes and claims then threaten him to lodge police complaint. If police calls your mother then you mother must say that she is not willing to reside with her husband.

A.Hello
You have to move court to seek relief for your mother. File a complaint under Domestic Violence praying protection and residence order with maintenance. Court will summon DIR report from protection officer from your nearest women PS. Without moving to court there is no remedy.
