My grandfather has expired... He owned a shop in which he had assigned nomination to my grandmother and his son in the ratio of 50:50...he has 4 children... 3 daughters and one son... My question is..
Can this property be transferred in the name of my grandmother and my dad who is their son?
How can a new share certificate be made in their name?
What about the daughters? Can they demand anything in the property?
My grandmother wants the said property to be transferred in the same of my dad n my mom... As she is very old... My grandfather didn't make any will... Can a will from grandmother help?
Plz help

A.It is your grandfather property daughter's have no right as per his nominations
