Hi, my mother has transferred all her immovable assets under my name in her Will/Deed. Its her own hard earned money. Now can my elder brother who is adopted claim ownership. What measures or precautions should I take.

A.If the will duly executed as per the law and registered you cannot claim as a right. Better to Consult a Property family lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to guide & help you quickly on all aspects of the issue.

A.They cannot unless your mother I believe is alive make another will,if she is not then obtain a probate from court.
