Human Rights Commission
I've filed a petition to State Human Rights Commission along with relevent documents pertaining to my claim of Compassionate Appointment.
The SHRC has sent notices to respondents to file reports.
Respondents filed reports.
I've filed my comments against the reports with detailed explanation and relevent documents.
Now SHRC has recommended for arguments.
I've doubt that what's the contention for arguments and what is the role of petitioner in this arguments, as I've filed comments, whether I should again appear before SHRC during arguments, whether the respondents appear or file any reports during arguments.
Please clarify me

A.Hi,
More facts are required to help you, but, from the present facts, it could be said that, yes you should attend all the proceedings and wait for the final stage or judgement, as you only initiated the proceeding.
