Maid Service Agency - Denial of Service Maid Service Agency - Denial of Service

Dear sir/madam,
I have contracted with a maid service agency in June 2020 and given all my requirements in the agreement form. However they did send a maid and the July/August onwards we have been requesting a replacement as the maid provided was not as per expectation and she wanted to go back home as they are shifting to another city. The maid service agency have been only falsely promising us of a replacement. The current also went away and we are neither getting a replacement nor our refund. What is a appropriate course of action that can be taken
