Triple talaq Triple talaq

My husband announced triple talaq on Oct 3rd after a fight. Post which he told me he did it in anger. After the fight he dropped me to my matrimonial home on Oct 10th and since then is not receiving my calls and his family is also not responding. I enquired and came to know that he has left his house too. After two days he contacted my father and told her doesn't want to continue this relationsip and since then is absconding. What should I do? I don't want a divorce and want to stay with him. Should I file the triple talaq case. Also I don't have any witness for triple talaq as we both stayed alone and he announced it in front of me. What should I do next to bring him back to me and resolve the matter?

A.Hi,
According to Clause 3 in Chapter 2 of the Bill, “any pronouncement of talaq by a person upon his wife, by words, either spoken or written or in electronic form or in any other manner whatsoever, shall be void and illegal”.
Muslim marriage is a contract, u may file suit for specific performance.
However, for best advice, more facts are required.

A.Hi,
The Parliament of India declared the practice of Triple Talaq illegal and unconstitutional, and made it a punishable act from 1 August 2019 which is deemed to be in effect from 19 September 2018 and also it was signed by the President on 31st July 2019.
