My neighbour play loud music during day time from 11AM-3PM.due to this we are not able to sleep, relax, study etc. It will create mental toll on our health. We told them several time reduce the level of sound but they refused to cooperate us. Now, we don't want any physical fight with them as they are mostly girls and their mom. So what to do in this situation.
