property chain question
I am looking to bug a property where the last sale deed registration done from 3 sequential GPA (with sale agreement , will,affidavit) is it a valid property chain? and no problem will come in future ?
Sequence :-
1. Plot registry 1998
2.GPA 2001
3.GPA 2002
4.GPA 2002
5.Sale Deed Registration 2012
A.If all documents are genuine u can go ahead but please cross check the documents of ownership from concerned sub registrar office

If proper documentation is done there are no such chances, however you should look for the state rules for better clearance.

This would categorically depend upon the State Rules, but according to your facts, as far as you have proper documents and consent of previous owner there is no such issue
