I am looking to bug a property where the last sale deed registration done from 3 sequential GPA (with sale agreement , will,affidavit) is it a valid property chain? and no problem will come in future ?

If proper documentation is done there are no such chances, however you should look for the state rules for better clearance.
This would categorically depend upon the State Rules, but according to your facts, as far as you have proper documents and consent of previous owner there is no such issue
