My cousin uncle is refusing to handover me the death certificate of my other uncle...ie his brother....I require the death certificate for share related maters as I was a nominee in my dead uncle shares....could I complain to the police or sent him some legal notice to give me the death certificate copy.
A.You can get the death Certificate of uncle as we are from Mumbai. Let us know more details & you can also get the property share. Nothing to worry about.
