hello sir i have my parental property 200 sq yard which is ocupied by me and 30 sq yard by a tenant from last 30 years the tenant done a forge sale deed before 15 years ago now i registered a RD with my name of whole 200 sq yard when i want to sale the property then i know that a forge sale deed also present in registrar office and my tenant is vaccant my place with take some money and release their all tenancy right know what is legal opinion for my side how i register whole 200 sq yard sale deed against buyer and buyer also want some bank loan on that property plz suggest what is now possible step for me
