Iam from Kerala In 2018 July due to family and personal (wife needed surgery)problem I needed to sell my property quick I ended up dealing with real estate guys. They provided us 1lack as advance then they gave us 4 lack after one month they agreed us to pay 10 lack on August according to contract the real estate guys sold 20cent to another party before August and requested me to be witness I signed. They were required to give us 10 lack in August 7 according to contract but they didn't payed us we waited them for one more month as they said they will surely give in next month first they didn't so I needed to go back to Qatar where I work because we need Money to live we didn't send any legal notice to then regarding our denial of selling the property and in March 2019 is the end of the agreement the real estate guys sent us notice which should be received by me but I couldn't receive the notice because iam in Qatar it's been more than a year we didn't sold that property to anyone neither real estate guys contacted us I want to know is there will be any problems if we try to sell or can we solve any problems regarding this.
