father and mother passed way without making any will. House is on fathers name. house is bought on fathers earnings . brother has passed away. does the brothers wife and daughter have share in property. also there is one sister married. does she have share in property

As your father has not made any will, the property would be equally divided among all the co-parceners of the property, your brother's wife, her daughter and your sister also have right in the property.
