my marrige have got 1 yr this month.other party alleged me as impotent in society.I said to all of them that put a petition of divorce on the grounds of impotency in d court of law n i wl defend it. But other party is demanding 30 lakh and mutual consent divorce and threatening to harm my each member of family if we wont satisfy their demands. But i am firm to go by legal way. When we complained to police (3 times n also to sp office)that they r threatening us, police today said that we sent crpc107 to tehsil office.
?-police had done their job or not? whats d role of tehsil in this?
second thing-
my advocate had filed 156(or something like that) crpc in court?whats d use of that?
and what are d consequences of both sections???

A.Your advocate is correct. 107 cannot be invoked. Challenge it in higher court.
