A.Hi,
If you remarry another person before your divorce to your current spouse is final, this is considered bigamy.

A.Hi,
The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which extends to the whole of India declares marriage to a second husband while the first husband is alive and not divorced as illegal.

A.not a problem if she does not disclose part marital status to you .
but still the marriage will be void.
her husband can create problem.
try ex-parte divorce if possible.
or do marriage in Nepal, maybe.
Hope this clarifies,
