is it really possible to punish or put a police constable in jail or sue his job , a police man is scolding bad words to me in call and threatening me with his powers ( i have call recordings ) rather just escalating to higher officials can you give any powerful legal opinions to make him to realize we all under equal to justice ...

A.he is not mad to call and threaten you even though it is wrong.
you also did something.
so if you really not did something wrong which will come back to you then you can go ahead.
escalating to higher officials is not "just".
