I am writing this email to complain about the fraud conducted with me by Sanjay Kohli Resident of Swaroop nagar.

I Rohtash Sagar have given my home renovation work to a person named Sanjay Kohli who resides in Swarop Nagar Delhi. The Verbal Agreement was to finish the work with in 45 days time and the amount agreed was Total 5 lacs out of which 4 lacs to be paid during ongoing work and rest should be paid once the work is completed.(Phone Recording attached in which he agreed on 5 lacs and timeliness of work )

The first payment I have made in the month of Oct 17 and the renovation started in 1st week of Nov17.

he already took 4.5 lacs from me till date through different mode of (Cash/On line bank transfer /Paytm) attached the copy of bank account and screeshot of Paytm for your reference, Promising the work will be completed soon but unfortunately until now nothing has moved much.

I also got to know that he has committed similar fraud from few more people who may be available on if required.

As you can see current month is May-18, Already 7 months has passed since Oct -17 but Sanjay Kohli has neither finished the nor he is picking my calls any more despite several follow-ups and request he is making false promise to complete the work soon.

I only know his home location in swoop Nagar Delhi but I am not aware of his exact address as that was not mentioned on his house.

whenever we ask him to meet me, he gives false promise of return call and surety to meet me in person.I am a employee in a private company and It is very difficult for me to get hold of him during course of my regular job.

I am attaching here with my bank statements, Paytm screen shots, whtsapp chat and phone recording for your ready reference

I am writing this email to seek your help to get how can i get FIR registrerd againsted him and get my money refunded

A.1. Your police complaint may not be entertained by the police as there is no criminal act involved here. If you file FIR then your case may be dragged for many years.

2. I suggest you to issue a legal notice before filing recovery suit against him.

3. You may discuss with me for further consultation.

1. You need not worry that the person absconding. After filing case, court would summon the person. If he still absconding then warrant would be issued against him.

2. Or, you may approach cyber crime police to trace him using cyber resources.
