I want to leave the job after 1 months of joining

I joined a company last month and I want to leave the job after 1 month of joining. Do I need to serve notice period for this and notice period is 3 months also my company HR told you should not leave job before 6 months before 6 months after joining but my appointment letter do not has that clause

A.what your appointment letter says ?
3 months notice during probation of 6 months ?
there is no probation period ?
check again, it will be 1 month notice during probation of 6 months and 3 months notice after confirmation.
also, you can leave if you dont want 1 month experience letter.
