College not giving migration certificate even after 2 years College not giving migration certificate even after 2 years

I did my first year and then transferred to another University. I applied for my migration certificate in December 2018 and still haven't got it. The college staff gave excuses and asked for unnecessary documents everytime i visited. I live in ajmer and my college is in mumbai. Last month i send a legal affidavit and then they applied for the migration certificate but now also they are not sending it through post and not even giving to my relatives who live there. I am not able to visit due to covid. Can i file a mental harrasment case against them

A.Hi,
You can complain to the UGC and also file a mental harassment case against the college. You can also approach the court to order the college for the release of the migration certificate.

A.Hi,
Yes you can file a mental harassment case against the college since they have clearly been negligent. You can also lodge your grievances at the UGC (University Grant Commission).

A.Greetings,
this is case case of shrewd negligence and harassments. the college has been quiet negligent on its part. we require more elaboration to serve you in a better way, however you can file a case of mental harassment, negligence etc., against the college.
Regards.
