Weather an employee can come out from service bond, if employer not issue him appointment letter & exploit the employee
A.Hi,
More facts are required to ascertain whether you can come out of the service bond. An employer cannot exploit his/her employee. You can come out of the bond but the employer can ask you to pay for violation of the bond.

A.Hi,
You can come out of your service bond if the employer is exploiting you. However, more context and facts are required to check whether the employee can send you a legal notice to continue working or if he/she can ask you to pay a sum amount for the breakage of bond.
