Sir/ Madam,
I have booked a flat in the Rajarhat/New Town area in KOLKATA. The area is under Rajarhat Action area ii-c. The area is under purview of Bisnupur Gram Panchayet. I have Visited the site and booked the flat with a token booking money. Now they are asking for the agreement. What are the matters I should follow for agreement. They have send me a Draft agreement paper by mail. kindly guide me in this issue and oblige.

A.Hi,
We can help you better if you give us more information on the draft agreement that you have received. You can easily look up the basic framework of a sale agreement online. Such an agreement normally consists of the following details :
1. Name of buyer and seller
2. Booking amount and total cost of the flat
3. Date of registration, agreement and so on
4. Signatures of both the parties
5. Total area of the flat
6. Khata extract
7. Registration number
These are only a few headings. You can speak to a lawyer to know the specifics required for your flat.

A.Hi,
A basic sale agreement consists of the name of seller and buyer, the booking money, total cost of the flat, date of agreement, total area of flat, registration number, Khata extract and a few other headings. If you could give more details about the draft agreement paper, you can be better assisted.
