Issuance of NOC upon clearing group A exam

I am in airforce . Can a get NOC from airforce organisation if i cleared the any group A exam let say UPSC , PCS , etc. I am now working in group C category. But the airforce policy is that you should have a minimum 7 years of service also skill level A in their internal exam.

A.Hi,
It is advisable that you talk a lawyer regarding the specifics in this matter. However, the Delhi HC, in the Subhash Chand case, struck down the requirement of having a grade 'A' skill since they found it to be arbitrary and unreasonable. Ask the lawyer about this too.
