Fraud ac service man

A website claiming to be onida service center has sent a technician who took 8.5k to repair the ac. Upon learning he is not certified technician i demanded my ac parts and money be returned he said part has already been repaired hence he will not refund. However the product stopped working again in under a day. What can i do for speedy justice?

A.why you learned he is not certified technician after repair.
the website claim they are certified/authorised onida service center ?
authorised service have warranty.
you can approach consumer court only.
