In line with above, I would like to know what are the details will be shared and what are the details not to be shared especially my photo, which they can use for any misuse purpose.
Kindly advise in this regard under which sections I can avoid my personal details to the public.

In my view the nature of information sought regarding you under RTI Act, are falling under the exception of Section 8(1)(e), 8(1)(g) and more particularly 8(1)(j) of RTI Act.
The position is further strengthened by Hon’ble Supreme Court while dealing with similar issue under RTI Act held that “The performance of an employee/officer in an organization is primarily a matter between the employee and the employer and normally those aspects are governed by the service rules which fall under the expression personal information, the disclosure of which has no relationship to any public activity or public interest. On the other hand, the disclosure of which would cause unwarranted invasion of privacy of that individual.”
Thus, in my view, you are not required to disclose any such information; Respond accordingly to the concern Public Information Officer.

a photocopy(xerox) can not be used anywhere as photo.
‘personal information’ is exempt from disclosure under the Right to Information Act, unless there was larger public interest involved.
Hope this clarifies
