With reference to above subject, I hereby request your good selves that I am working as teacher in Andhra Pradesh and in the context of RTI Act some of the people are asking my personal information regarding my service, date of joining, present address and the proceeding of my appointment from the AP Government like on which category I had been appointed and also my photo for their records.
In line with above, I would like to know what are the details will be shared and what are the details not to be shared especially my photo, which they can use for any misuse purpose.
Kindly advise in this regard under which sections I can avoid my personal details to the public.

a photocopy(xerox) can not be used anywhere as photo.
‘personal information’ is exempt from disclosure under the Right to Information Act, unless there was larger public interest involved.
Hope this clarifies
you do not need to disclose your personal details, bank details, your checks and balances, Aadhaar card details, voter id, pan card, etc.
however you can send them the paper works proving your name, age, educational qualifications.
