A.What are the terms of E auction once the sale certificate is issued along with other documents, you have to attend to transfer in your favour with all the cost and effort, the bank will not help you on any matter after E auction, better to contact a property expert lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to guide & help you on all aspects of issue to protect your property quickly.
