Filing case against Google India for faulty Pixel-3a Phone

Google sold me faulty phone and refuse to replace hence I sent legal notice via registered post to the address mentioned on the Phone Box. The notice could not be delivered to address as either the address is invalid or office moved to a different location. I tried multiple times to get address from Google, but they refused every single time. How can I file case against google in such scenario. Also is it punishable under law to write invalid address on product package and where to complaint for the same.

You can issue a legal notice to the head office of Google. Also, if post fails you can send the legal notice via mail and it will be treated as served. You can file a complaint with the consumer forum regarding such inaction from Google's end.

you sent notice which is not delivered due to google fault.
you can send notice by email.
you can file case in consumer court for compensation.
you will get money back.
