How to tackle the situation when you come to know that your neighbors are abusing you through the walls & windows repeatedly in spite of zero tussles

and also how through walls and windows.
usually it happen through floor.
you can record and inform them before reporting it to society.
if still not improved then you can send legal notice or then case.
