I have a ancestor property and we are 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
My brother and sisters did release deed also without including me. Is there any way they can do release deed without involving me? and can you please tell me that the release deed can be cancelled ?

A.Hi,
The ancestral property is to be di vided equally among all the children. Your siblings cannot release the deed without your consent as you have an equal right on that property.

A.They can only release their rights/share in the property. Your rights stays until you release your share in the property.
