Mother's Parents Property Inheritance ...
My Mother's parents had 2 daughters. Their property was inherited by my Mother as she was the only living person till a few years back. She has 2 Son's and 1 daughter (me). Can she transfer the property only to one of her Son's without giving me a share by writing a Will? Will I not get a share even after recent changes in Inheritance Laws and Supreme Court judgement, where a Daughter also has a share in Parents property?

A.Hi,
As per the latest ruling all the heirs have equal right on the ancestral property. You can file a claim for an equal share as your borthers.
