A.Currently are you having the legal heir certificate? when did you apply? and from which state?..... you can give a release deed if others want to acquire some share from your property.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. A.Hi,
if you do not want any property, belonging etc, from your family, you can get a relinquishment deed which is a legal document which has the effect of giving up or releasing the rights, titles and interest of a particular legal heir in favour of other legal heirs in a common property.

Method:
Must be registered: Relinquishment deed falls under Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908 and hence, a release of rights in the immovable property must be registered. The registration takes place in the office of the sub-registrar within whose jurisdiction the property is situated.

A.it seems legal heir certificate is already made.
you can always give up your rights and claims in the properties.
other heirs will be happy by it.
relinquishment deed or gift deeds can be used for it.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
That you are your father's legal heir is a fact, and it would have been entered in all legal records from your birth certificate onwards. As such, you cannot remove this status from the certificate as you will always be his son.
If you have no interest in claiming his property however, then you may file a relinquishment deed, which would allow you to give up the claim to any rights or interest you have in his property.
