Can sale deed be claimed by my sister in court after my father's death..which was happen between me and my father when he was alive

A.your father made sale deed to you so there was sale consideration also.
if that is there then it is valid and sister can not claim.

sale deed or gift deed can not be claimed but it can be challenged. your sister can allege that the sale deed was done under pressure/ fraud etc.

the daughters have the right to get the fathers property. however if it was a sale deed or gift deed, it can not be claimed but it can be challenged.

A.The sale deed can deem to be invalid in case of transaction betwen you and father is not from the bank accounts and the sale deed can be challenged by your sister.
