I was vacant flat 30 Nov, but my deposit amount not received.

A.you should take deposit amount back at time of vacating by leaving electric bill and others.
how much is the amount.
you can send the notice.
if still not get then you can file civil recovery suit.

A.Hi,
you can resolve this issue with the owner amicably. if he does not agrees to repay, yo can send them a legal notice for its recovery.
