I am 15 year old girl living in Ludhiana I don't want to stay with my parents at any cost because they torcherd me and used to beat me my mother also lives separate due to family issues and she is not financially supoorted so as to take my care and I m in a relationship my parents are against it I am badly in tension amd don't want stay with my parents my parents have allowed me to leave house at my own consent pls help me I want to know can I leave home legally and can I file a police case to live independently

A.Youay give police complnait to child help line. They will come and will consult to your parents and if they will not understand then child welfare committee will take further step and you will be taken to Child Protection home.

A.You have to take all aspects of you future & lifes challenges as you are Not an adult and Legally major and you require legal protection,guidance & help through reputed NGOs,apart from the designated institution to protect Women & child.Better to have a legal guardian till you attain major of age & self supportive.

A.You must have some shelter as you have not attained 18 years. Be cool down. The world is too bad. You cannot live alone.

A.A. Hi, its a very tough situation to deal with as you have not attended the age of majority yet. The fact that your parents do not have any objection if you live separately have no value until and unless you attain the age of majority. If you will go to the police then they also would not allow you to live alone. They would either send you to the Nari Niketan or to the child observation home.
Yes one thing is true that if your parents commits cruelty on you than you can take legal action against them by filing a police complaint.

A.Write a complaint in detail with dates of events and give it to Women Police Station of ur area. Then you will give ur statement before child welfare committee where you can say that you don't want to live with ur parents bcz of cruelty they have done on you. Move on all the best
