Company operations closing down Company operations closing down

If I was hired last year only in the company, how much is company liable to give me if they post a notice of closing down its operations. What should they give: an option to work to some other operational office or maximum compensation?

A.Hi,
The law stipulates that you shall need to be paid for the duration of the notice period and also for any bonuses you may have earned. In addition, they are required to pay you your salary if any part of it has not been paid yet. Regarding what else they can give you, that depends on the terms of your specific employment contract, they might not have to provide alternative solutions at all. If your co-workers and you are part of a workers' union, then you shall have greater influence to bargain for a better deal.

A.hired in which capacity ?
only workmen can have something in compensation.
for higher positions there is no liability of company.
so whatever they give that is maximum.

Hope this clarifies,
