False Case Against Man || Act of Revenge
The false case has been filed against us in Mahila Surakhsha, We have audio call recording and audio regarding she admitting that she will spoil our life my any which way and she accepted everything whatever she has done with us.
She was violent, abusive, against family, beaten up few times and she has accepted everything. They were not married yet but things were in plan and we ended it off in presence of their family member.

A.Hi,
The first thing to do is to make an application for anticipatory bail under S.438 CrPC to the Sessions or High Court.
Criminal cases are prosecuted by the State, so I'd advise you to make copies of the evidence and submit them to the Court when the time comes. While the Courts tend to favor women when no clear evidence is present, the fact that you have her admitting to the abuse on call makes a compelling argument in your favour.
