I had ordered a bed from insaraf furniture online...the bed which came was faulty..so I returned the very same day with the delivery person..now they are not refunding the money saying the have a no cancellation policy ...and they are not even properly responding to mails n calls

A.Now you can send a legal notice to him from a lawyer to the online furniture dealer and if things don't work out you can file a case in consumer court.

A.Hi,
You can send them a legal notice to refund your money and if the matter escalates you can file a case against the company in the consumer court.
