Dear sir,
Actually i my account had money ,Hinduja finance personal not debited money on 5th of April 2020, and after that i was paid the money oct 2020,from my account one emi amount and next 30th hinduja finance personal debited my account for EMI and next month 5 th also debited ,that means i was pending EMI'S only one they are debited one and i was paid one that means totally Two EMI'S i was paid ,Totally i was paid 10 EMIS But thay are showing 9 EMIS only , but i called to customer care they are not replaying and Mail i send they are not replaying ,Can i go to consumer court
If you have bank records of having paid all 10 EMIs, then you can approach the Consumer Court for compensation.

If they are not returning documents/NoC then you can approach consumer court and claim compensation.
