I live in a flat and i own a 2nd floor. Everyone in pir building put their dusbin in front of their doors; however, the top floor owner has installed the gate in third floor and now he is putting his grabage in front of my door. He is not even listening and he said if you will put your garbage in front of your door I will put my garbage in front of your door as well. I asked him to put in front of his door not mine. But he is not even listening. What should I do

A.I remember similar thing where person threw away neighbour garbage bin for keeping it in his area.
neighbour had to buy new garbage bin 3-4 times then learned the lesson to not to repeat .mistake.

you keep your dustbin in front of his door where you want him to keep his dustbin.
if you have problem of 2 dustbin in front of your gate. can put your garbage bin in front of secretary door.

send a legal notice and file case of nuisance.

Hope this clarifies,
