I have booked tickets in air india through travel agency Happyeasygo. But the flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. When I am asking for refund, Happyeasygo is saying that Air India will initiate the refund process. And Air India is saying that Happyeasygo will initiate the refund process. They are both redirecting customer to each other and denying responsiblity. So, what steps can be taken here?

A.Hi,
You can send them a legal notice to refund your money and if no response is received from their end then file a complaint in the consumer court.

A.Hi,
You can send them a legal notice to refund your money and if no response is received from their end then file a complaint in the consumer court.

A.Dear client
You send notice to them or if you have previous mail communications on it proceed with consumer complaint for due refund and compensation for harassment.

A.issue legal notice for both.
if still not refunded then can file in consumer court.
