A.Hi,
HUF grants a daughter-in-law the status of a member of the HUF but does not make her a coparcener.
In the case of deceased mother-in-law, her share will equally devolve amongst her children, and the daughter-in-law will acquire rights on her husband's share only.
So currently you can claim for maintenance from your in-laws and coparcenary share of your husband.

A.Your husband has right in his father's property but if your father in law is alive he has full right to decide to whom to give his self earned property , if he is not alive and not written any WILL then your mother in law , your husband and his siblings if any will have equal rights.

A.if father in law is alive thenn no rights
if father in law died without 'WILL' then mother-in-law, husband and grandchildren all have rights.
property in name of mother-in-law then when she die without 'WILL' then only there are rights of anybody else.
Hope this clarifies,
