Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a transporter (commission agent ) I have supplied trucks for another transporter, the another transporter have not paid the balance payment still date it's almost 8 months what should I do, the amount is near 4 lakhs. He is not picking the call from. Last 8 month

A.Hi,
Send them a legal notice immediately demanding repayment and file a complaint under S.415 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with the offence of cheating.

A.Hi,
If his condition is bad enough that a certificate can be issued from a hospital stating the same, then the transfer can be challenged. Failing this, you may file a partition suit.
