When I had personal telephone conversation with my friend,i said that another person X is corrupted. Will that person X can sue me for slander?

A.Dear Sir,
A single word or sentence may not attract offence of slander. You may be rest assured as he cannot take any action against you.

A.Hi,
It is highly unlikely that they will sue you, as you were making the statement to your friend in private and not broadcasting it to the world at large.

A.first how person X will come to know ?
your friend will remember exact word to word what was said ?
your friend recorded call and now blackmailing you ?
dont worry nothing will happen until person X is girl and you said a lot of wrong things.

Whatever you have said is untrue then it becomes a ground for slander but if you reasonably believe as true then you have a defence .
