Bajaj Finserv Bajaj Finserv

Two years back I've availed a loan from Bajaj Finserv for buying some electronic goods. Unfortunately I failed to pay the one month EMI for that they've put lot of charges which is almost half of the Actual amount. So I returned the good to close the loan process but I didn't got the NOC for that. Today I received a call from a Advocate and he said that, Bajaj has filed a case against you and as a total you have to pay 32034/- for the emi due of 584/-, So, the local police should file a FIR regarding this. But, he offered me a chance to pay the amount. Also, he said, if you paid the total amount I will stop the case file from the further proceedings. He asked me to pay the remaining amount within tomorrow. But, now it is very difficult to pay the amout. What I have to do? Please help me

A.Dear client
You need to file a well draft complaint in customer care to resolve your issue and you first collect statement of account check the details of payments adjusted and balance dues and file detail complaint before RBI ombudsman to get relief from arbitrary dues. Many more other steps are also their depending upon their response

A.Hi,
They cannot ask for such excessive amount. You do not have to worry, there is no basis for them to file a case against you. If they do, get a lawyer.
